The sculptures, which can be noticed even from the sky with the fascinating view of Cappadocia, were made by Australian sculptor Andrew Rogers in 2007 and 2009 and are waiting to be discovered.<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kasifiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Andrew-Rogers-kapadokya9.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8452\" width=\"819\" height=\"573\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p>The soft layers formed by the lava and ashes erupted by Erciyes, Hasanda\u011f\u0131 and G\u00f6ll\u00fcda\u011f were eroded by the effect of rain and wind over the years and formed the characteristic image of Cappadocia.  In the process, unique rock formations called fairy chimneys appeared.<\/p>\n<p>The historical and natural beauties of Cappadocia have inspired people to build unique structures such as underground cities and cave churches for centuries.  For this reason, Cappadocia has become a world-renowned touristic region with its natural formations and historical and cultural richness.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/kasifiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Andrew-Rogers-kapadokya2-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8454\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-insan-yasaminin-izlerini-tasiyan-heykeller\"><strong>Sculptures Carrying Traces of Human Life<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Sculptor Andrew Rogers carried out a work covering 13 countries under the name of &#8220;The Rhythm of Life Project&#8221; and made sculptures bearing the traces of human life in different countries.  Within the scope of the project in Turkey, Rogers, who worked at various points in Montenegro in Nev\u015fehir&#8217;s G\u00f6reme town, reflected the historical and natural beauties of the region in his symbolic works.<\/p>\n<p>The sculptures, which can even be seen on Google Earth, can be seen in Rogers&#8217;s work in Cappadocia, along with the cultural development of the region, including \u201chorse, Cybele statue, setene stone, angel-faced bird, tree of life, double-bodied single-headed lion, stone age and first temple. There are figures with names such as \u201d.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"575\" src=\"https:\/\/kasifiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Andrew-Rogers-kapadokya3-1024x575.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8455\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p>Due to the difficult transportation conditions, the sculptures that can be seen from the hills in the region are visited by a limited number of local and foreign tourists.  However, it is thought that if the roads leading to Karada\u011f locality are improved, the area can host more visitors. He is known as an important name especially in the field of contemporary land art.  Known for his project &#8220;The Rhythms of Life&#8221;, which started in 1998, Rogers draws attention with its huge stone structures currently located in 16 countries on seven continents.  This project consists of 51 huge structures in total.  These structures can be found in different areas such as plazas and buildings and represent Rogers&#8217; contemporary art.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kasifiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Andrew-Rogers-kapadokya6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8458\" width=\"821\" height=\"575\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p>Andrew Rogers&#8217; work provides an expansive and immersive art experience.  His sculptures interact with the natural environment, transforming the environment and giving viewers powerful emotional and aesthetic experiences.
