It is a sacred structure built under the leadership of Muhammad (pbuh).  In this mosque, Hz.  The tomb of Muhammad (pbuh) is located.  The term \u201cNabawi\u201d means \u201cpertaining to the prophet\u201d in Arabic, and the phrase \u201cMasjid an-Nabawi\u201d is translated as \u201cMosque of the Prophet\u201d.  It is considered the second holiest mosque for Muslims after the Kaaba in Mecca.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When it was first done <strong>Masjid an-Nabawi<\/strong> It was a small building.  It had columns made of palm logs and a roof of palm branches.  Its walls were built of stones, and the adjacent house was made of mud bricks (today&#8217;s tomb).  It had no pulpit or mihrab and <strong>Hz.  Muhammad (pbuh)<\/strong> He used to give Friday sermons from a tree trunk. It started with the arrival of Muhammad (pbuh) in Medina.  Reaching Medina on September 24, 622, Hz.  Muslims, consisting of Ansar and Muhajirs, welcomed Muhammad (pbuh) with enthusiasm at the entrance of the city.  Hz.  Muhammad (pbuh) used his camel to avoid offending everyone. <strong>Qaswa&#8217;<\/strong>He released him and chose to stay in the house closest to where he collapsed.  Kasva, Malik b. Muhammad (pbuh) is here, <strong>Sehl and Suheyl <\/strong>He bought a land belonging to two orphaned children named, in order to build a masjid where everyone could pray and hold meetings.  This structure, the foundations of which were laid in September 622, was approximately 35 meters wide and 30 meters wide when it was completed in April 623, and was made of unbaked mud bricks on a stone foundation. It is narrated that Muhammad (pbuh) helped Muslims in carrying stones and bricks.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1022\" height=\"690\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12476\" src=\"https:\/\/kasifiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Mescid-i-Nebevi4.jpg\" data-lazy- title=\"\"><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1022\" height=\"690\" src=\"https:\/\/kasifiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Mescid-i-Nebevi4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12476\" title=\"\"><\/noscript><\/figure>\n<p>When the mosque was first built, it was in the west <strong>Bab\u00fcrrahme<\/strong>in the east <strong>Bab\u00fccibril <\/strong>and in the south <strong>Bab\u00fclcenubi <\/strong>It had three doors:  However, with the turning of the Qibla from Jerusalem to the Kaaba, the southern gate was closed and a new gate was opened to the north. Muhammad (pbuh) and the Muslim caliphs.  Abu Bakr and Hz.  It is a green colored dome built over the tombs of Omar. <strong>Masjid an-Nabawi&#8217;<\/strong>It is located in the southeast corner of.  The cell where the graves are located is located above the Saadet section. <strong>A small window above the Green Dome<\/strong> is available.  This window, located at the head level of the Prophet&#8217;s Grave Sharif (pbuh), receives rain and sunlight and is the only open window. During the time of our Mother Aisha, there was a severe famine in Medina.  It didn&#8217;t rain for a long time, the fields dried up and the water was cut off.  People of Medina, Hz.  They expressed their helplessness by appealing to our Mother Aisha.  Hz.  Our Mother Aisha stated that if they thought that the palm fibers covering the grave were preventing it from meeting the sky, it would not rain.  Thereupon, the obstacle on the grave was removed and it rained for three days.<\/p>\n<p>After this event, the window on the Green Dome became a symbol of the meeting of the sky and the grave.  This window is never closed, only protected by wire mesh to prevent birds from entering.  Once, a person was brought down inside to remove a bird that had fallen inside and saw the graves.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"492\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12478\" style=\"width:819px;height:auto\" src=\"https:\/\/kasifiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Mescid-i-Nebevi3-1024x492.jpg\" data-lazy- title=\"\"><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"492\" src=\"https:\/\/kasifiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Mescid-i-Nebevi3-1024x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12478\" style=\"width:819px;height:auto\" title=\"\"><\/noscript><\/figure>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mescid-i-nebevi-nin-egik-minaresinin-sirri\"><strong>The Secret of the Leaning Minaret of the Masjid an-Nabawi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A minaret next to Kubbetul Hadra is quite interesting.  This minaret is leaning like the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa.  However, the slant here was made deliberately.  The reason why the minaret is tilted is that in case of any natural disaster, the minaret <strong>Hz.  It is to prevent the grave of Muhammad (pbuh) from falling on top of it.<\/strong>.  For this reason, the minaret is inclined towards the direction opposite the tomb, thus ensuring the safety of the tomb.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12477\" src=\"https:\/\/kasifiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Mescid-i-Nebevi5-1024x683.jpg\" data-lazy- title=\"\"><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/kasifiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Mescid-i-Nebevi5-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12477\" title=\"\"><\/noscript><\/figure>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mescid-i-nebevi-hakkinda-bilgiler\"><strong>Information about Masjid an-Nabawi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Area of \u200b\u200bthe New Construction Building: Approximately 100,000 m\u00b2.<br \/>Area of \u200b\u200bthe Courtyard: Two hundred and thirty-five thousand (235,000 m\u00b2).<br \/>Total Area Including Attic Domes: 67,000 m\u00b2.<br \/>Number of People Who Can Pray at the Same Time: More than 600,000.<br \/>Number of Movable Domes: Twenty-seven (27).
