In the incident, 12 people lost their lives and 5 people were injured. Making a statement, Bal\u0131kesir Governor \u0130smail Ustao\u011flu stated that the explosion took place in the capsule production section of the factory and that the building collapsed after the explosion.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The governor reported that the fire was under control and cooling efforts were continuing. <strong>President Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan<\/strong> He ordered that an investigation into the explosion be launched immediately. After the incident, many health and rescue teams were dispatched to the region. As a result of the first interventions, it was determined that 12 people lost their lives and 5 people were injured in the collapsed building. Stating that the building collapsed after the explosion, Ustao\u011flu said that there were dead and injured people in the incident. According to the information given by the governor, no one was left inside after the explosion and the fire was taken under control. The governor stated that the possibility of sabotage is not on the agenda for now.<\/p>\n<p><strong>President Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan<\/strong>made a statement about the explosion on social media. Erdo\u011fan stated that they were deeply saddened by the incident in which 12 workers lost their lives. <em>&#8220;We received information about the explosion from all relevant institutions, especially our Bal\u0131kesir Governor, and gave instructions to immediately initiate the necessary investigation in all its aspects.&#8221;<\/em> he said.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"770\" height=\"425\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15660\" style=\"width:820px;height:auto\" src=\"https:\/\/kasifiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Balikesirdeki-Patlayici-Fabrikasinda-Feci-Patlama3.webp\" data-lazy- title=\"\"><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"770\" height=\"425\" src=\"https:\/\/kasifiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Balikesirdeki-Patlayici-Fabrikasinda-Feci-Patlama3.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15660\" style=\"width:820px;height:auto\" title=\"\"><\/noscript><\/figure>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Investigation Statement from Minister of Justice Tun\u00e7<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Minister of Justice Y\u0131lmaz Tun\u00e7 announced that an investigation was launched after the explosion. Within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Bal\u0131kesir Chief Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office, 4 public prosecutors were assigned under the coordination of a deputy chief prosecutor. In addition, a 5-person expert committee consisting of chemical, mechanical, occupational safety and geophysical engineers was assigned to investigate the cause of the explosion.
