Tomography scans of the bodies were taken and samples taken from the skulls were sent to the Biochemistry Specialization Department of the Istanbul Forensic Medicine Institute.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DNA analyzes<\/strong> As a result of and anatomical examinations, the skin color, hair structure, eye color, height and even the causes of death of the sultans were determined. Many details such as hair and skin color, posture, height and muscle structure have been revealed through DNA analysis.<\/p>\n<p>According to the data obtained, lower and upper skin colors were calculated and pre-death physical states were recreated with great accuracy. Fabric samples taken from private collections of the period and museums were subjected to thread analysis.<\/p>\n<p>The fabrics, whose color and texture characteristics were extracted through reporting processes, were rewoven in accordance with historical data. With the data obtained, the skull and facial muscles of the sultans were reconstructed.<\/p>\n<p>3D modeling was done by calculating tissue thicknesses. Then, hair, beard, eyebrow and mustache transplantation was performed on silicone castings.
