According to research, the trunk of the rainbow eucalyptus tree produces a series of fine and smooth sparks. Each layer under the shell is covered with a thin, transparent layer of cells that allows the chlorophyll stored in the underlying cells to be seen. Chlorophyll stored in cells are green pigments that capture light energy used for photosynthesis.<\/p>\n<p>As the trunk surface of the tree ages, the transparent cells on the outermost bark layer fill with pigments called tannins. Depending on the type of tannin pigments can be in different colors such as yellow, brown and red. These pigments, which are in different amounts and varieties, cause a decrease or increase in the amount of chlorophyll at the bottom. It can generally reach 2 meters in width and 75-80 meters in length. In addition to the species with wide and rounded leaves, it usually has long and narrow lanceolate leaves. It has fruits known as gum nuts. Many eucalyptus species produce large amounts of oil that is volatile. In fact, in the environment where many eucalyptus trees are side by side, fog occurs in the air due to evaporating oils. Oils obtained from the eucalyptus tree are used for respiratory problems.
