Some scientists think that this situation may even bring the end of the world. However, billions of years must pass before this scenario happens.

Scientists state that if the earthquakes on the world come to an end, there will still be oxygen and atmosphere. However, since the formation of mountains, mountain ranges and continents caused by earthquakes will no longer occur, over time the wind will flatten all structures. At the end of this process, most of the flattened continents will be flooded and the remaining volcanoes will become flatter and more widespread. Earth, like Mercury, will become a cold and dead planet, as the mantle, which forms the plates and remains 2,900 kilometers below the Earth’s surface, will also cool.
In a different scenario; If earthquakes stop completely, the cooled mantle will also cool the inner core, which will affect the system that regulates the Earth’s magnetic field. Disruption of the protective magnetic field will cause the Sun’s high-energy particles to more easily enter Earth’s atmosphere, which will affect life on Earth.
