Scientists from the University of Tasmania have developed a joint project with marketing agency Celemnger BBDO and producer agency Glue Society. They called the project ‘Earths’ Black Box’. This box is designed to tell what happened after a possible disaster that will happen to the world. It is done to tell future generations how the disasters they have experienced or will experience develop while fighting the climate crisis. The thick steel walls of the structure, which will be built in Tasmania, will show how life on earth could end if global warming is not stopped or mitigated.
Features of the Black Box
Developed by scientists from the University of Tasmania, the project was inspired by the data logger technology in the black boxes of airplanes. Tasmania was chosen as the place where the black box would be built. Because it is considered a region with geopolitical and geological stability.
